HOW TO ENTER:
If you opt to enter the Promotion using a mobile device, data rates may apply for each message sent or received from your phone according to the terms and conditions of your service agreement with your wireless carrier. Other charges may apply (such as normal airtime and carrier charges as well as charges for wireless Internet access) and may appear on your mobile phone bill or be deducted from your prepaid account balance. Wireless carriers' rate plans may vary, and you should contact your wireless carrier for more information on messaging rate plans and charges relating to your participation in this Promotion. Mobile device service may not be available in all areas. Check your mobile device's capabilities for specific instructions.
Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing held on or about June 30, 2019, from all eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period.
Sponsor's decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Promotion. Potential winners will be notified on or about July 3, 2019 by email. The inability of Sponsor to contact a potential winner will result in disqualification and, at Sponsor's sole discretion, an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing and notified.
Each winner will receive a single-use-code
for use only on July 9, 2019
, for redemption to purchase between one (1) and four (4) tickets to a performance of HAMILTON, scheduled to take place at the Forrest Theatre in Philadelphia, PA.
Sponsor will randomly select more potential winners than there are tickets available. Potential winners are encouraged to redeem their single-use-codes quickly or early in the day on July 9, 2019; use of the code later in the day could result in the inability to redeem a code for tickets. The single-use-code redemption instructions must be followed in their entirety or a winner's right to purchase tickets may be forfeited.
Tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified thereon. Performance dates and times are subject to change and cast members are subject to availability. Children under the age of four (4) are not permitted in the theater. There is no monetary value associated with the prize. No substitutions or cash redemption of a prize is permitted and prizes are not transferable. The availability of seats in connection with the redemption by any given potential winner of his or her single-use-code will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to what seats on what dates have been sold prior to such potential winner's redemption of his or her code; and accordingly certain dates and/or certain seat locations may not be available (including orchestra, mezzanine, balcony, box sections; partial, restricted, or obstructed view; and/or accessible to the deaf or hard of hearing, the blind or persons of low sight, and/or persons needing physical accommodations). Additionally, winners may not be able to purchase seats located next to each other. Seats cannot be transferred to other performances. Additional restrictions may apply. Availability, number of tickets per performance and price of tickets may vary and are subject to change without notice. All ticket prices include a $2.00 facility fee. Promotion may be revoked or modified at any time without notice.
The costs associated with purchasing tickets, and any and all ground or air transportation and accommodations associated with attending the HAMILTON Philadelphia performance will not be provided and will be sole responsibility of the winners.
All prize details are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prize (or portion thereof) is permitted, except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Any and all federal, state and local taxes on the prizes, and any other costs, fees, and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not explicitly stated herein as being awarded, including but not limited to ticket purchase cost, air and or ground transportation, accommodations, parking fees, luggage fees, meals, souvenirs and gratuities are the sole responsibility of the winners.
